Take Care of Injuries - Another problem usually associated with quick acceleration of your marathon training is getting injured. Experts advise to allow time and heal the injuries before resuming training. Avoid temptation to to “play through the pain” so to speak. Follow your doctor’s advices and do not get carried away by emotion.
Determination is Key- Most of the people end up losing marathon for sheer lack of determination. Obviously if you plan to go for marathon in one fine morning and then suddenly feel that it is not for you and stop practicing you will not achieve the goal.
